Our reception area is manned by Amy and Louise our two receptionists. We also have invaluable help from our volunteer Sue who is pictured answering the telephone. They deal with all administration, any visitors to the centre, as well as answering the telephones. The phone lines are constantly busy as we take a huge variety of calls.

The shop is also situated in the reception area. From here we sell everything that an adopter needs when taking on a new animal from the centre, as well as books and advice sheets.
